Strawberry Glam Models reviews every profile individually. We look beyond appearance at charisma, communication, authenticity, reliability, presentation quality and long-term potential. It is a professional, adults-only opportunity where boundaries and privacy are treated seriously from the first conversation.

- You decide what to share for a first review. A large amount of media is not required.

Support in Bishkek
A strong start does not always require perfect equipment
We have representatives in Bishkek, as well as Almaty, Moscow and Yerevan. When a candidate has genuine potential but is limited by lighting, equipment or a stable private workspace, practical support options can be discussed personally after the application has been reviewed.
- Guidance on portfolio, lighting, framing, schedule and professional presentation.
- For selected candidates, equipment or a suitable workspace can be discussed.
- Any support is individual, explained clearly and agreed before collaboration begins.
The review process
A calm process with a clear next step
Start with a short form and a contact method that is convenient for you. The team then reviews your profile and materials confidentially. Suitable candidates receive a personal response with questions, recommendations or a proposed next step. Applying is not automatic acceptance, and you do not need a complete portfolio to introduce yourself.

- Photos and videos remain connected to your individual application and are not published without separate consent.
- You can ask questions about privacy, format and expectations before moving forward.
